Co-founder Tobin Fisher has designed everything from toys, museum installations, and sporting equipment to micro-fuel cells, medical devices, communications equipment - and now mobile software!
Previously, Tobin co-founded Ardica Technologies, where he led the development of a portable hydrogen fuel cell system that doubled the energy density performance of the best batteries.
Tobin honed his design skills at IDEO and as a Master's student in Stanford's Joint Program in Design. He also holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with Honors from Yale University where he received the Collegiate Inventors Award for his thesis work. Tobin currently holds four patents.
In his less professional life, Tobin has crossed the US and Alaska by bike, surfed a large fraction of the California coastline, backpacked through much of the Sierras and Appalachians, and even spent part of kindergarten living in China. In the San Francisco Bay Area, he can often be found kite surfing near Chrissy Field, mountain biking in Marin, or surfing at Ocean Beach.
Co-founder Kevin Collins loves to build software and participate in the most dirty, surprising, hilarious and lovable social network anywhere - planet earth!
Combining a decade of software development experience and a Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction - Kevin hopes to make the world we share a little more compelling for everyone.
